Return Policy - Eagle Carpets

 

At Eagle Carpets, we strive to provide high-quality flooring products and exceptional customer service. However, due to the nature of our products. We have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges to ensure fairness and maintain product integrity. Please read our return policy carefully:


1. General Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items : Consumable goods, custom-made, or specially ordered flooring products (e.g., carpets cut to size, bespoke designs) are non-returnable.



Standard Products : For stock items (e.g., pre-cut vinyl sheets, standard LVT planks), returns will only be accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.



2. Timeframe for Returns

Customers must notify us of their intent to return within 14 days of receiving the order.

Once a return number is issued, the product must be returned to our Eagle Carpets store within 14 days of notification.



3. Conditions for Acceptance

All returned items must be free from damage, stains, or signs of installation.

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns or exchanges.

Delivery costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds : Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Exchanges : If you need a replacement product, we will assist in arranging this after verifying the return. Additional shipping fees may apply.



5. Exceptions and Special Notes

Installation Issues : If a product is found to be defective after installation, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and determine if a replacement or repair is necessary under warranty claims.

Warranty Claims : Warranty claims must be made directly to the manufacturer. However, Eagle Carpets will gladly assist customers throughout the process.
